And, that’s why we use the traditional Wood Fired Oven method to cook our pizzas using recipes that dates back to 45 years. With soft and fermented sourdough for the base, fresh ingredients directly imported from Italy and tasty Italian Fior di Latte Mozzarella toppings, we go above and beyond to make our pizzas perfect.
